Nicole Bedard

Managing Partner

Nicole Bedard is a managing partner of Executive Gaming and is involved in the day to day operations of the three O’Aces Bars.  As a native Las Vegan, and with her father in the casino industry for over 41 years, she grew up passionate about gaming and knew it was a career she would be excited to pursue.

Her career in the gaming industry started when the opportunity arose for Nicole, Jason and Larsh to acquire two of Las Vegas’ oldest and historical taverns-Huntridge Tavern and Decatur Liquor- resulting in the establishment of the management team Executive Gaming.  Due to the success of the management team, they further expanded with the purchase of the two O’Aces Bars and soon after acquiring a third location.  The O’Aces brand quickly became recognized as the city’s top gaming bar. Due to the current economic market it is very difficult for gaming bars to be profitable.  With this in mind, the O’Aces Management Team branched out and started the O’Aces Tavern Group which now manages several taverns in the city.

Nicole, on a full tennis scholarship, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in legal studies at Weber State University.  Most of her experience in the field came from hands on training, mentoring from her father, along with many gaming and leadership classes throughout the years.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys playing tennis, swimming and spending time with her husband and new baby boy Blake.
